The only districts who spent more per student than they brought in were Bensalem Township, Bristol Borough, and Neshaminy. Whereas New Hope- Solebury, the richest district by far, is able to fund 85% of their total expenditures via local revenue but still needs over 8 million in aid from the state to fully finance their expenditures. Bristol Brough, the district that ran the biggest deficit in 2023 and 2024, is only able to finance 41% of their total expenditures via local revenue and then the balance comes from state and federal aid.
